	The first thirty-five men under the age of thirty-five will receive a refund of $50. Please pay full amount when registering.

* The Futures Fund was established in memory of Bob Hale, a member of the 2004 planning committee who passed away before the conference took place. The Futures Fund is also intended to honour the memory of other Banff Men's Conference alumnae, and to assist men who wish to attend the conference.
